when see this , I cleaned the wound with antiseptic and then give medicine like nebacitin and then bandaged the foot. But the bandage must ofter to opened

Cleaned by me the wound with the antiseptic previously, trus the medicine love nebacitin, trus was bandaged.
But the bandage had often often to be opened atleast every day, to be replaced.
Also you can give antibiotic, if infection bring the cat the clinic.
