This story happened in China, A man in southwestern China’s Chongqing city thought his wife spent so much time with her pet dog that he stabbed the poor animal with a pair of scissors. This dog sent to animals’ hospital after being found by a neighbor outside the family’s home. He is now in stable condition after four hours of surgery.

The wife refuses to bring her dog back home for fear that her husband will hurt him again..
I cant imagine it if that happened to a dog, how if the man jealous with a man ? I think he will kill that man ?…I dont think so… :)
China currently lacks any laws against animal cruelty and abuse.
