Dog owners should pick up after their pets when they take them out for walks, as dog feces on the streets poses an environmental problem, and may also affect people’s moods if they accidentally step on dog droppings.
Most people do not take scoops outdoors while walking their dogs, but recently the Environmental Protection Administration has been cracking down on public littering.
