Daschund Problem

Joe got problem with his Daschund

I have raised my daschund as an indoor dog for all of her life (4
years).  I am wondering what is the best way to acclimate her to living as
an outside dog?  How will this effect her emotionally, physically?  Can
she eventually be happy as an outside dog?

anyone can help him ?
