QUESTION:

She cannot use her hind legs, just rolls around, falls down. she had this once before , not as bad, it went away in 3 days. The vet thought she might have a pinced nerve, but it is worse and she is shaking.

Make RTG image of the sacral part of the spine in side and profile position. It can be pinched nerve that causes this problem. Anyway a vet must perform neurological examination, and unfortunately I can’t help you further.
