pet’s age: 6 months
pet’s sex: female
previous treatment:

has had her initial checkup and all her shots.

QUESTION:

my friends puggle was getting spayed on friday. her heart stopped during surgery and she died. the vet was very adamant that this was unusual and there were no health problems with the dog. is this common? any suggestions as to why this may have happened?

pet’s age: 11.5
pet’s sex: male
previous treatment:

Seratide inhaler 25/50 BD works well. Previously Flixotide. Changed over because of tracheal collapse occurring.

Any new evidence on the use of antihistimines for dogs?
Has lots of thick strands of nasal discharge after periods of rest and sneezing. Just finished Zeniquin 25mg 10 days for greenish discharge but now “reverse snorting”, sneezing seems blocked up.
pet’s age: 16 weeks
pet’s sex: male
previous treatment:

had been previously on antibiotics for cough (3 wks ago)

QUESTION:
Yesterday I noticed a raised mass about the size of a dime around the side of his mouth at the end of his whiskers. At that time it had hair. Since yesterday,it has increased in size (more in height than width)an looks similar to a large wart. It is not red or sore and has a rough surface. It is not on the inside of his mouth. Is this serious?
