Puppy left for death in a toilet
November 22nd, 2010 pet-admin Last Wednesday, passers-by in Thompson Park heard wailing so loud they thought it was a cat in distress.
The noise led the woman and her son into a cubicle in the gents toilets to find the black and tan puppy zipped up in a new suitcase.
RSPCA Insp Peta Newsome responded to their call and arrived to find the rottweiller-kelpie cross hungry, dehydrated and still wailing from the trauma.
